Refund Policy

7-day full refund

If Kurippu isn't useful to you, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying any pass and we will refund the full amount, however many letters you have graded. No forms.

How to ask

Send us the email address on your account and your payment reference on WhatsApp or by email to hello@kurippu.co.in.

When you get your money

We approve refunds within 2 working days. The money goes back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) and usually arrives within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

After 7 days

Passes are not refundable after 7 days, except where Kurippu could not provide the service, for example a long outage. In that case we refund or extend your pass, whichever you prefer.

No automatic renewals

Every pass is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
